Clear terms before any payment.

These launch standards apply to Cultivate Forward enrollment. The signed program agreement controls if it contains a more specific term.

PROGRAM PURCHASES

Payment and access

  • No payment is collected with the enrollment request.
  • The church receives the final scope, total price, payment schedule, and any membership continuation before checkout.
  • Portal access begins after successful payment or the first approved installment and manual account activation.
  • Installment amounts and dates are fixed in the signed agreement; a failed installment may pause access while payment is resolved.
  • Because digital resources are delivered immediately, program payments are non-refundable after Portal access is activated, except when required by law or stated in the signed agreement.

CHURCH LICENSE

One church. Approved users. Internal ministry use.

  • Program files and Portal access are licensed to the purchasing church and its approved seats.
  • The church may print and use materials internally for its own ministries and participants.
  • Files, links, accounts, and downloads may not be resold, publicly posted, or shared with another church.
  • Complimentary partnership access, promotional codes, and preview windows expire on the dates displayed in the Portal.
  • Payment questions, cancellation requests, and access problems may be sent to rootedinfaith.taylor@gmail.com.
